Jay Tyrrell

Jay agitated trays for his father in the darkroom as a child and there was born the love for image making that still fuels him decades later.

Self-taught during the era of film and f-stops, his work is in numerous private collections, museums and The Library of Congress. His recent practice focuses on handmade prints and objects.

We are excited to learn more about how he creates his projects and shoots with a purpose for making photographic art pieces.
